Beginning today, we will be able to offer virtual visits via Skype, which is an app that can be downloaded to any device with a camera. After download, you will be able to set up a personal Skype ID with a username and password. (For technical support with Skype, visit https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA11098/how-do-i-get-started-with-skype ). After obtaining the ID and password, please call Anna Maria to provide us with this information. We have established a scheduling system to offer these virtual visits.
As we begin this program, we are going to limit the virtual visit time to 10 minutes/resident. We will re-evaluate the program after a few weeks and adjust accordingly.
