We believe that every stage of life should be treated with the highest level of dignity and kindness. In our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, Anna Maria and Kensington Care Center, services that improve the quality of life are delivered with the utmost respect.

We provide 24-hour short-term skilled nursing as well as long term custodial care for those patients who need it. Patients who have suffered from an injury such as a fall or stroke can benefit from our program of intensive rehabilitation.

All medical services are available on campus, from lab tests and x-rays to ancillary services. As well as most insurances, insurance including Medicare and Medicaid, are accepted.
